Fabrice Cavaretta

Fabrice Cavarretta is Professor of Leadership and Entrepreneurship at ESSEC. He mainly teaches there in master and continuing education, coordinates the doctoral seminar in entrepreneurship, and has developed intrapreneurship training.  His current research focuses on leadership, managerial doctrines, and the use of AI in management.

Fabrice Cavarretta was previously division director of a large media/telecom group and founder of a startup in the field of social networks. He has published “Oui! France is a paradise for entrepreneurs” (Plon 2016, http://www.cavarretta.fr/fpe). PhD from INSEAD and PhD in Management Sciences from Paris-Dauphine, Fabrice Cavarretta was also a student at Ecole Polytechnique, Stanford/ENSTA, and Harvard.

Fabrice Cavarretta is a speaker for private and public events. His interventions explore in a humanistic and curious way the relationship between individuals and organizations.
